FLT Counterbalance Driver
Location: Coventry (CV5)
Pay Rate: £15.19 per hour
Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00

• Friday: 08:30 – 14:00

We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established distribution company based in Coventry (CV5).

This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will initially work alongside a team member who is returning to the business, allowing time to learn the processes before eventually taking full ownership of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Moving and storing stock within the warehouse

• Working on a 50% FLT / 50% truck-based role (mix of forklift work and manual duties)

• Using basic computer systems for stock control and documentation

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience

• Comfortable with both forklift work and manual handling

• Computer literate and confident using basic systems

• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
