Due to exceptional growth T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Swadlincote for a FLT Driver/Factory Operative to join their expanding team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

FLT Driver/Factory Operative Job Details & Benefits;

• £14-£14.61 per hour
• Afternoon shift Monday to Thursday 2pm-10:30pm &Friday 2-8pm
• 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays after 12 weeks
• Paid overtime after 37.5 hours – weekly overtime 1.33 & weekend overtime 1.5

FLT Driver/Factory Operative Job Details;

• FLT Operation – Loading and unloading and moving products around the facility
• Loading and unloading products on and off the machine by hand
• Getting jobs ready for the Machines
• Machine operating and programming 
• Weekly machine clean downs

FLT Driver/Factory Operative Specification;

• Counterbalance FLT Licence is required
• Strong attention to detail is essential
• Ability to read technical drawings is desirable but not essential as training can be provided for the right candidate
