
Internal Account Manager - Fluent French written and spoken - Office based - Coalville area - Full Time - Permanent role - Salary £30,000 - £32000 per annum
Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers via email and telephone, working specifically with the French sales team and clients.
Liaising effectively with internal departments to ensure customers receive an exceptional service.
Dedicated point of contact for customer communications.
Responsible for daily management of customer accounts on various portals.
Provide administrative support for the Sales Managers.
Monitoring stock levels and client forecasts.
Manage the complete customer order process, from enquiry to order, manufacture through to delivery.
Effectively communicate with both customers and suppliers.

Able to work on your own initiative
Manage a busy workload and effectively prioritise.
Good written and verbal communications skills and telephone manner.
Experience of managing customers in a product/ service orientated business.
Excellent attention to detail.
Flexible, positive, "can do" attitude.
Proven Microsoft Office experience including Excel, Word and Outlook.
