Food Production Operative

Job Description:

Our well established food production client. based in CV5 are looking for experienced Food Production Workers to join them on a long term temp to perm basis.

The Facility, is extremely clean and modern, with a streamlined process creating all baked goods for a well known international restaurant chain throughout the UK.

Hours of work are 4 on, 4 off day shifts including weekend working on the shift pattern.

You will be working EITHER 5am-5pm or 6:30am-6:30pm shift pattern depending on your role within the bakery.

About you and the job:

• Must have food production experience within the last 2 years
• Experience of working with in a high care food safety environment
• Ability to commit to shift pattern and work weekends
• Complete an online assessment and induction prior to starting work
• Quality checking baked goods through the factory
• Setting up machinery correctly to ensure smooth production
• Completing paperwork accurately and timely
• Working independently and as a part of a team
• Understanding the importance of foreign objects within the site

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Food Production Operatives to join a well known, efficient team with an excellent rate of pay:

Monday to Friday work based on your usual shift pattern - £12.50 Per Hour

Saturday or Sunday work based on your usual shift pattern - £16.66 Per Hour (Time and a third)

Overtime for any hours worked additional to usual shift pattern on any day - £18.75 (Time and a half)

Due to the hours of work, own transport is required as those relying on public transport will not be considered.
