• £38,000 + 25 Days AL + BH's + 5% Pension + Benefits

A leading player in the industry is currently looking for an Shift Fabric Engineer to join their growing team, covering a large commercial property based across multiple sites in Central London.
 
The Role
 
As the Foot-mobile Fabric Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in the following:

• Covering a range of commercial and domestic properties.
• Working on a Monday - Friday basis 8am-5pm.
• Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of building fabrics; Doors, Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting & Decorating and general maintenance.

What you'll need to succeed
 
To be successful in the role of Fabric Shift Engineer, you'll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

• Ideally hold a Level 2 in a trade i.e. Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting (Not essential).
• Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.
• Commutable to Central London.
• Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
