Location: Market Harborough
Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience

The Company:
A dynamic UK supplier with a presence all over Europe.

Main duties:
Offer administrative support for the export sales department

The Role:
- Answer customers’ enquiries and provide quotations for both French and English markets
- Handle shipping and logistics to ensure efficient product deliveries
- Communicate with external parties like couriers, freight forwarders, partners etc.
- Data input and maintain up to date information on CRM systems
- Order processing and other admin duties as required

The candidate:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential
- Previous experience in an admin and/or customer orientated role
- Strong customer service and organisational skills
- Proactive attitude and self-motivated candidate
- IT literate

Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience
