Front Desk Receptionist - Luxury Retail Environment

We're looking for an impeccably presented and highly organised Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our luxury retail space. This role is all about creating a warm, seamless, and professional first impression for every guest, client, and caller, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day flow of our boutique environment.

As the first point of contact, you'll deliver exceptional service with discretion and efficiency. Your day will involve:

• Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and suppliers with professionalism and warmth

• Coordinating access to the boutique and ensuring a smooth entry experience for all guests

• Managing incoming calls and enquiries with a polished and confident phone manner

• Overseeing visitor movements and maintaining accurate records

• Providing general administrative and office support to keep front-of-house operations running effortlessly

You're someone who takes pride in presentation, precision, and delivering an outstanding client experience. You'll be calm, composed, and attentive to detail, with the confidence to handle multiple responsibilities gracefully.

You will bring:
