Job Description:

Gas Engineer - Repairs & Maintenance
Location: Nottingham (covering various sites)
Pay Rate: £25.00 per hour (Company Van & Fuel Card Provided)
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent (12-week self-employed period)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Start Date: ASAP

Overview:
We're currently seeking experienced Gas Engineers to join a reputable Repairs and Maintenance Contractor operating across residential and commercial properties in the Nottingham area. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential to go permanent after 12 weeks.

Role Responsibilities:

• Carry out gas isolations, recommissions, and associated works

• Ensure all works comply with current safety regulations and quality standards

• Complete accurate documentation and maintain service records

• Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Valid Gas Safe registration and relevant ACS qualifications (e.g. CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)

• Proven experience in gas isolations and recommissions

• Own tools and transport preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
