Job Description:

General Labourer – Permanent Role

Location: Stoney Stanton, LE9
Pay: £12.21 - 12.57 per hour
Shifts: Day shifts, 6am – 3pm (early finish on Fridays)
Own Transport: Essential due to the location and working hours
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently seeking a General Labourer to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing company, with full training provided. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and keen to learn, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing various concrete components to high standards.
• Operating the production line and ensuring smooth operation.
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products using hand and power tools.
• Performing some heavy lifting and manual labour.
• Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety procedures at all times.
• Communicating effectively with the shift manager regarding any issues.
• Supporting the team with additional tasks to meet business needs.

• Someone eager to learn and develop in a hands-on role.
• Comfortable with manual work, including lifting and working with machinery.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions.
• Own transport is essential due to the location and shift timings.
