General Labourers

Job Description:

Astute's Power Team are currently recruiting for General Labourers to support a short-term renewable energy site project.
This role comes with an hourly rate of £12.00 to £14.00 per hour (Inside IR35), working 10-hour shifts.
Role responsibilities and key skills for the role:

• 
  Carry out general site labouring duties including clearing fields of debris and maintaining tidy work areas.
• 
  Assist with stacking cinderblocks for ballast under supervision of the site team.
• 
  Follow site safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
• 
  Work effectively as part of a small team to ensure project deadlines are met.
• 
  Must hold a valid CSCS card.
• 
  Previous labouring experience required.
• 
  Based within commuting distance of CV13 0QL.

• 
  Site location: CV13 0QL
• 
  £12.00 to £14.00 per hour (Inside IR35)
• 
  10-hour working days
• 
  Start: Wednesday 27th August 2025
• 
  Projected End: Wednesday 24th September 2025
