We’re currently recruiting for a General Management Graduate to join our Cement & Packed team based at Quorn House in Leicestershire.As part of our 2-year graduate programme, you’ll gain hands-on experience across our Cement & Packed division learning how we produce essential materials for the UK construction industry and how we manage our teams and operations.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll rotate through key areas of the business, including:

• Operations & Engineering
• Commercial & Marketing
• Customer Services & Logistics
• Technical & Product Development

You’ll be learning from the ground up- operating mobile plant, supporting audits, engaging with customers, and contributing to safety and process improvements. No two days are the same, and your impact will be visible in the roads, buildings, and communities we help build!

Your Development

• A dedicated line manager and mentor to support your development
• Opportunities to work across multiple sites and functions
• Potential for international assignments through our parent company, CRH
• You’ll also take part in our Graduate Core Skills Development Programme, designed to boost your business knowledge, strengthen your soft skills, and connect you with other grads and leaders across Tarmac
  

What we’re looking for...

Essential

• A degree in any subject
• Willingness to travel and work across UK & Ireland
• Full UK manual driving licence

Desirable:

• Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills
• A safety-first mindset
• Curiosity, motivation, and a love of learning
• Enthusiasm for construction, manufacturing, and production
