We’re working exclusively with an award-winning, fast-growing burger and BBQ brand set to make serious waves with their first NOTTINGHAM opening.
Known for bold flavours, a cult following, and big personality, this is a brand that does things differently—and they’re looking for a General Manager who’s ready to do the same.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the launch and day-to-day operation of the Nottingham site
• Building and developing a passionate, high-performing team
• Delivering knockout customer experiences every single time
• Managing all aspects of operations—P&L, stock, labour, and team performance
• Being the face of the site and championing the brand culture from the ground up
• Bringing energy, leadership, and a genuine love of hospitality 

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in QSR, casual dining, or food-led venues
• Experience launching new sites or managing teams through openings
• Hands-on leadership style—you’re not afraid to get stuck in
• Strong understanding of the commercial side—P&L, rotas, margins, etc.
• A passion for quality food, great service, and positive team culture
