Job Title:General Site Coordinator

Location: Coalville

Pay rate/Salary: £13.21 p/h

Hours of Work: 06:00 - 14:00

Type: Temp - Permanent

Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

We're looking for a proactive and reliable General Site Coordinator to join a busy logistics site in Coalville. This is a hands-on role where you'll be leading a small team while also getting involved in day-to-day warehouse operations.

Duties of a General Site Coordinator

You will be working as part of the Warehouse/Logistics Team and will be responsible for:

• Supervising a team of 4-5 container unloaders
• Overseeing warehouse administration tasks
• Managing time and workloads effectively
• Assisting the team with warehouse duties when required
• Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Liaising with senior management
• Supporting other general logistics tasks as needed

Skills and experience of a General Site Coordinator

As a General Site Coordinator, you will need to have experience with:

• Team leadership experience
• Strong organisation & admin skills
• Hands-on and reliable
• Good communicator
• Detail-focused and accurate

It would be beneficial to theGeneral Site Coordinator role if you also had:

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Access to reliable transport. The client's site is accessible via car, public transport, walking, or cycling.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices within a warehouse environment.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced distribution centre.
