- Accurately processing customer orders, managing order backlogs, confirming deliveries, and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Communicating delivery delays or issues promptly, liaising across departments, and driving solutions that prioritize customer satisfaction and operational transparency.
- Supporting continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, proposing efficiency measures, and applying lessons learned to enhance service quality and team performance.
- Assisting finance and operations teams with credit notes, blocked deliveries, complaints, and compliance requirements to support smooth, KPI-aligned customer and sales outcomes.
German Speaking Customer Service Coordinator Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications- Business fluent in spoken and written German and English
- Prior experience in a customer facing role or environment
- IT Literate with good knowledge of MS Office
