💷Salary: £100 -£120 per day

🕰️Hours: Monday to Friday (typically 8:30am – 3:30pm)

Twenty4Seven Education are seeking a full-time dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Cover Supervisor to join one of our forward thinking and supportive secondary schools from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers or education professionals to develop their skills and make a real difference in students’ lives in a long-term role.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Safeguard pupils’ well-being by following relevant statutory guidance along with school policies, procedures and practice
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teaching staff across a range of subjects and year groups (KS3 & KS4)
- Provide pupils with feedback on their progress where appropriate
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe, focused learning environment
- Be a positive role model and uphold the school’s values and expectations
- Communicate effectively with students and staff
About You:
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
- Good Literacy, Numeracy and IT skills
- A proactive and resilient attitude
- Previous experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, sports coaching) is desirable but not essential
Vetting checks:
- Right to work in the UK
- Satisfactory references covering the last 2 years
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child/Child & Adult) on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
- A recent graduate (any subject welcome)
