Job Description:
Graduate Structural Engineers Locations: Birmingham or Leicester
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 (DOE)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role We are partnering with a well-established, growing multidisciplinary consultancy looking for a Graduate / Early-Career Structural Engineer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad experience across multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, and education projects.
You will work closely with senior engineers, contributing to project delivery while developing your technical skills and client-facing experience.
Key Responsibilities - Assist in delivering practical structural designs across a variety of project types
- Support senior engineers throughout project stages, from feasibility to completion
- Produce and review technical drawings and calculations using Tekla and/or Revit
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors under guidance from senior staff
- Contribute ideas to problem-solving and innovative design solutions
- Begin mentoring or supporting junior interns where applicable
About You - Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng/MEng)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in structural engineering or related consultancy work
- Some experience in residential and/or commercial projects
- Proficiency with Tekla and/or Revit is preferred
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
- Motivated, proactive, and capable of working as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
