Contract: Full-time | Fixed-term (with pathway to QTS)

Are you a Maths graduate looking to begin a career in teaching straight away? This is an excellent opportunity to join a Graduate Teaching Programme in secondary schools across Corby, gaining paid, hands-on classroom experience while working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Support the delivery of Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 exposure possible)

• Work alongside experienced teachers to plan, deliver, and assess learning

• Provide targeted academic support to individuals and small groups

• Gradually take on increased teaching responsibility as part of the training programme

• Engage fully with mentoring, training, and professional development

• Holds (or is on track to achieve) a degree in Mathematics or a related subject

• Aspires to train as a secondary Maths teacher

• Confident, enthusiastic, and committed to developing as an educator

• Strong communication skills and a positive approach to working with young people

• Previous experience in schools, tutoring, or youth work is beneficial but not essential

• A paid, structured route into teaching with progression to QTS

• School-based training supported by experienced mentors

• High-quality CPD and immediate classroom experience in Corby schools
