About the Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant through Tradewind Recruitment, you will work closely with experienced teachers and school leaders, supporting pupils in the classroom while developing your own teaching skills. You will gain valuable experience that can lead to teacher training opportunities in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons

• Work with small groups or individual pupils to support learning

• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support

• Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources

• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

• Gain exposure to different teaching strategies and school environments

What We Are Looking For

• A recent graduate (any subject, though core subjects are particularly welcomed)

• A strong interest in pursuing a career in teaching

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm, patience, and a proactive attitude

• Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
