Graduate Teaching Assistant Role Details:
Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am-3:30pm).
Work within an SEMH school supporting pupils with Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs.
Collaborate with specialist teachers to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Provide focused support both 1:1 and in small groups.
Apply your background in psychology, sport or education to inspire and motivate young people.
Graduate Teaching Assistant Requirements:
A degree in Psychology, Sports Science, Education, or a related subject.
A genuine interest in supporting children and young people with SEMH needs.
Strong communication skills, resilience, and empathy.
Available full-time from August 2025.
An enhanced DBS check (child workforce) on the Update Service - or willingness to obtain one.
