Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant. Long Term Roles.
Every child deserves to feel understood. Some just need a little more time, structure, and steady support before things start to click.
We’re working with inclusive schools across Coventry and Warwickshire who are looking for Graduate SEN Teaching Assistants and Learning Support staff to join them in long-term roles. These are opportunities to become part of a school community, build trust with pupils, and see the small daily wins that lead to real progress.
If you’re a psychology graduate or aspiring education professional, this is hands-on classroom experience where you can apply what you’ve learned and continue to grow.
