Pay: £90 per day
Contract: Full-time, term-time only

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming and supportive school in the Kettering area to recruit graduates for their Graduate Teaching Programme. This role is ideal for individuals considering a future career in teaching who are looking to gain valuable, paid classroom experience.

The Graduate Teaching Programme provides graduates with the opportunity to work in a school setting while developing the skills and experience needed to progress into teacher training routes such as PGCE, School Direct, or SCITT.

You will gain hands-on classroom experience, work closely with experienced teachers, and develop a strong understanding of teaching, behaviour management, and the day-to-day life of a school.

• Supporting teachers in the classroom across lessons

• Working with pupils 1:1 or in small groups to support learning

• Assisting with classroom management and engagement

• Helping prepare resources and support lesson delivery

• Gaining exposure to planning, assessment, and pastoral support

• A graduate in any subject (core subjects desirable but not essential)

• Passionate about education and working with young people

• Confident, enthusiastic, and reliable

• Considering a future career in teaching

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• £90 per day, paid weekly

• Access to over 2,500 CPD courses through The National College

• Ongoing support from a dedicated Tradewind consultant

• Opportunity to gain school-based experience to support future teacher training applications
