Location: DMRC Stanford Hall
Hourly Rate: £13 to £13.75 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:30

About the role

Overseeing a team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives based at DMRC Stanford Hall, you will keep the grounds in wonderful condition for our prestige site and active hospital through grounds maintenance and gardening tasks such as grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying and more. It's a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment!

Requirements

• Previous Grounds Maintenance and Gardening experience is required, with leadership experience being highly advantageous.
• A full valid UK driving license is essential.
• Horticultural qualifications highly beneficial as this role will involve head gardening duties.
• Willing to undertake & achieve clear DBS and BPSS checks prior to start.
• PA1 and PA6 licenses are desirable.
• Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
