Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative
Location: Beeston, Nottingham
Pay: £13.50 per hour (PAYE)
Employment Type: Temporary
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

We’re recruiting a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join an established Facilities Management contractor delivering services in Beeston, Nottingham. This role involves carrying out routine grounds and external maintenance to ensure sites remain safe, tidy, and well-presented all year round.

• Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming and weeding

• Litter picking and general site presentation

• Leaf blowing and seasonal clearance

• Use and care of grounds machinery and equipment

• Basic repairs/maintenance around outdoor areas

• Ensuring work is completed safely and in line with company policies

• Experience in Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping, or similar outdoor work

• Confident using grounds tools and equipment

• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Ongoing work with a reputable FM contractor

• Weekly pay through our agency

• Potential temp-to-perm opportunities
