Location: Loughborough
Hourly Rate: £12.21, changing to £12.71 in April
Contract Type: Permanent, Full time
Working Hours: Seasonal hours with average of 37 per week: Summer - Mon-Thurs 7:00-16:30, Fri 7:00 - 13:00, Winter - Mon- Thurs 7:30-15:15, Fri OFF

About the role

We currently require a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Loughborough, and undertake grounds maintenance tasks throughout the year. You will keep several local sites in a wonderful condition for our clients through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties.

Requirements

• Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required.
• A full valid UK manual driving licence is essential.
• PA1 and PA6 licenses are preferred, but not essential.
• Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
