Group Financial Accountant  - Leicester / Hybrid

You will support our growing finance team with accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and hands-on delivery. You will have the opportunity to be part of an evolving organisation in a dynamic sector and be based at our brand new Head Office in Leicester.

The Role

• Prepare and analyse group financial statements
• Lead consolidation and statutory reporting
• Support audits and compliance
• Drive process improvements and internal controls
• Deliver insightful analysis to senior management
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

What You Bring

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or finalist

• Strong financial reporting and analysis skills

• Confident communicator with stakeholders

• Excel proficiency and attention to detail
