To enable Service Users develop and improve their life skills and encourage Clients to lead a full and active life within the community. help with cooking cleaning enhance individual lifestyles by offering access to social, leisure and recreational activities, 

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who’s flexible and looking for full time role.  This will be an ongoing care package.

We expect the following of each Staff;

• To complete Mandatory training 
• Do you have a valid UK driving licences desirable but not essential
• Car drivers are desirable but not essential
• At least Have some experience  in caring role desirable but not essential
• To be caring, compassionate, loyal and reliable
• To have good communications skills  (both written and verbal)
• Working with Severe Learning Disability with complex needs
• Flexiable staff is Essential

• Main function of the job:

  •    To support the service user with accessing activities in the community, attending collegue and appointments 
  •    To promote and encourage her independence
  •    To follow and implement her individual care plan 
  •    Make sure that their basic needs and wellbeing are being addressed and personal centred care is delivered at the highest standard.
