Are you an experienced Head Chef ready for a new challenge? We're looking for a skilled Chef to lead the kitchen in Rugby based gastro Pub . This is a great chance to not only lead a team but also to put your own creative dishes on the menu!

Your Responsibilities

As the Head Chef, Your day-to-day will involve:

• Cooking and preparing high-quality meals, with the freedom to add your own dishes to the menu.
• Ordering stock and monitoring your kitchen's GP.
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, always following food safety rules.
• Working with your team to ensure smooth service, especially during busy times.
• Keeping an eye on food stock levels and helping with inventory.
• Making sure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.

Who We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Head Chef is essential.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (we can help with certification).
• Familiarity with various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure in Rugby.
