The Role:

• Advise clients on financial direction and strategy to meet targets.
• Assist with capital budgeting, helping clients assess projects and investments.
• Perform due diligence for transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising.
• Structure and negotiate financial deals, often working closely with lawyers and other experts.
• Assist clients with preparing for investor or vendor due diligence.
• Manage the full lifecycle of transactions, from planning to finalisation.
• Financial analysis and strategy
• Create financial models to predict outcomes for clients.
• Prepare and present reports on financial performance and direction to assist with strategic planning.
• Provide investment advice and recommendations.
• Analyse market data to identify opportunities for clients.
• Department and team management
• Lead and manage the corporate finance team.
• Develop and mentor team members to build a high-performing group.
• Oversee the department's overall strategy and operational plans.
• Business development
• Develop marketing case studies and pitch books for prospective clients.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying income-generating and cost-saving opportunities for clients.
