Head of Estimating – Fit Out Contractor
Location: Leicester
Salary: £90,000 – £105,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

With project values typically ranging between £5m and £50m, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced estimator/ preconstruction candidate to step into a senior leadership role.

As Head of Estimating, you will:

• Lead and develop the pre-construction and estimating team, ensuring high-quality, competitive tenders are delivered.

• Play a pivotal role in securing new business by working closely with the Board, Business Development, and Operations teams.

• Oversee the preparation of detailed cost plans, tender submissions, and commercial appraisals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.

• Ensure robust risk management, value engineering, and innovative cost solutions.

• Mentor and support junior estimators, driving best practice across the department.

• Contribute to strategic decision-making at pre-construction stage to align with company growth plans.
