Head of Faculty – Temp to Perm

Education Personnel are working in partnership with a large and forward-thinking FE provider in Nottingham to recruit an experienced Head of Faculty on a temporary to permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong educational leader who is ready to make an impact, drive quality, and shape curriculum provision while progressing into a permanent leadership role.

The Role

As Head of Faculty, you will:

• Lead and develop curriculum provision to meet the needs of learners, employers and stakeholders

• Drive improvements in teaching, learning and student outcomes

• Support learner progression, employability and readiness for further study or work

• Work closely with other faculties, support services, admissions, English and Maths, and pastoral teams

• Line manage and support staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in curriculum leadership within FE or education

• Can demonstrate success in improving teaching and learning

• Has strong people management and leadership skills

• Is confident working collaboratively across departments

• Is committed to learner success and inclusive education
