Head of HR - Local Authority

Job Description:

My client in Nottingham is looking to appoint a talented Head of HR on a Contract basis.

This role plays a pivotal part in driving operational excellence, leading transformational change, and embedding a joined-up, customer-focused approach to HR service delivery.

What's on offer:

• Salary: £600 - £650 per day, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Nottingham (Hybrid):

• HR Business Partnering - ways of working review and embedding strategic service offer
• Review of strategic workforce planning including design of data packs, options for talent management / succession planning
• Support for workforce transformation - org design, functional design changes and vacancy management
• Embedding HR operating model changes and input on HR continuous improvement

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in a similar role
• Chartered Membership of CIPD
• Evidence of working successfully in partnership across different sectors
• Local Authority experience is essential
