Head of Operations - PFI Healthcare

Job Description:

Are you an excellent manager from a technical engineering maintenance background? Do you have experience managing in a PFI and / or healthcare environment?

We're looking for someone from an engineering background (ideally mechanical) with great people management ability to join our client as Head of Operations for their shift engineer team. You'll be responsible for the day to day management of the 24/7 shift team of engineers, a total of 16 in the team including 3 shift managers.

You'll be ensuring continuity and compliance for all PPM and Reactive works throughout and will be a hands on presence, as comfortable operating in the plant room as you are in the office.
