EMBS Engineering is working in exclusive partnership with a market-leading precision engineering and advanced manufacturing business that is seeking a Head of Quality to lead and shape its quality strategy across a multi-site, global operation.
Supplying complex, small to medium batch, high-precision sub-assemblies into the aerospace sector, this business is trusted by some of the world’s most recognisable aerospace OEMs and Tier 1s. With a strong heritage, global footprint and long-term order book, the company offers genuine stability and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
This is a senior, business-critical role with responsibility for the end-to-end quality function across UK operations and overseas sites, including Asia. International travel is expected to be minimal (approximately once every two years).
You will lead the organisation’s quality vision, ensuring products, processes and services consistently meet stringent regulatory, customer and internal standards, while championing a Zero-Defect culture and continuous improvement mindset throughout the business.
