Head of Segment -Displays

Job Description:

 We’re seeking a dynamic Head of Segment to lead commercial strategy and drive growth within our Digital Displays division. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll shape business direction, oversee sector performance, and champion transformational change.

Key Responsibilities for the Head of Segment:

• Lead and develop Sector Managers to deliver strategic objectives
• Drive commercial growth through customer acquisition and market expansion
• Oversee segment financials, ensuring profitability and budget alignment
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business
• Promote operational efficiency and transformational integration
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

What We’re Looking For in our new of Head of Segment:

• Proven leadership in the digital displays sector
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
• Experience in transformational change and go-to-market strategy
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills
• Degree or equivalent in Leadership, Management, or relevant field
