Salary: Up to £36,000.00Location: CorbyHours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday As the Health & Safety Advisor, you will work closely with site leadership and operational teams to guide, support and maintain our health & safety management systems. You’ll identify hazards, influence behaviour and drive continuous improvement to maintain safe working standards across the site. Your Tasks
 - Support and guide the organisation to meet health & safety obligations and legal requirements
  - Develop, maintain and review health & safety policies, procedures and safe systems of work
  - Carry out risk assessments, site inspections, safety audits and toolbox talks
  - Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses; perform root cause analysis and produce corrective action plans
  - Deliver safety training (e.g., inductions, manual handling, DSE)
  - Liaise with internal stakeholders (site managers, operations, HR) to embed best practice
  - Act as the system administrator for the site health & safety management system
  - Support the fire-responsible person to ensure fire safety compliance
  - Monitor key safety performance indicators, produce reports and recommendations

Your Profile Someone who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment and takes a hands-on approach to their workload. You’ll have:
 - NEBOSH general certification or equivalent
  - Full and valid driving license
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with acute attention to detail
  - Someone who has experience working in a warehouse environment would be advantageous but not essential.
  
 Desirable, but not essential:
 - NEBOSH Environmental Management or equivalent
  - NEBOSH Certificate in Fire safety or equivalent.
  - Manual handling assessor
  - DSE Assessor
