Health Care Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Health Care Assistant to provide end-to-end residential care for elderly members, covering physical, mental, and social well-being. This role requires a person who treats every member like family, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and happiness.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide physical assistance to elderly members, including mobility support and organising personalised exercise routines.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being and social engagement.
• Assist with household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
• Administer and manage medication schedules and ensure regular medicines are taken as prescribed.
• Participate in daily life as a trusted family-like presence, taking initiative and responsibility in all situations.

• Proven experience as a carer for families, particularly in elderly care.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a caring nature.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude.
