Are you an experienced Health & Safety Advisor within the housing sectors?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a privately owned, top range housing developer, who are currently on the lookout for a Health & Safety Advisor to join them on a permanent basis out of their Nottinghamshire office. As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe workplace without risk to health & environment within our housing projects.

What are we looking for?

• Prior experience as a Health & Safety Advisor for a Housing developer
• Strong communication skills
• Previous knowledge of audit processes
• Ability to form strong relationships at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe workplace across all projects
• Ensure that inspections are carried out in line with departmental expectations
• Liaise with external consultants
• Work together with site teams to resolve problems.
• Provide regular updates of site issues to the EHS Team
