Health and Safety Advisor (Full-time, Permanent)

£45,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + 10% Bonus + 33 days annual leave + Healthcare + Package

Field based (3 days p/w) & home / office (2 days p/w)

Search² is delighted to be representing a leading national engineering and construction services organisation, seeking a health and safety advisor to support live projects and client sites across the East of England. What you will be doing

• Providing competent, practical HSE advice across live client sites and projects
• Conducting site inspections, audits and compliance assessments.
• Advising on health and safety legislation within construction and engineering environments, including CDM-heavy projects
• Supporting operational teams and clients through effective stakeholder and relationship management
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of health, safety and environmental standards across the region
• Operating within live environments where professionalism, judgement and credibility are critical

What you will need

• NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)
• Full UK Driving License 
• Experience within an industry that shares a transferable risk profile 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to engage directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously within a delivery-focused, high-standard organisation
• Willingness to travel across the region, including occasional overnight stays
