Job Description:

Night HCA / Night Senior HCA

Location: Burton-on-Trent Residential Care - Dementia & Nursing Care

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Night HCAs and Senior HCAs to join our team in a residential care home specialising in dementia and nursing care in Burton-on-Trent.

Shift Details:

• Nights, 12-hour shifts

• Flexible contracts: 12 to 36 hours per week

Pay Rates:

• HCA: £12.21 per hour

• Senior HCA: £13.20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents

• Assist with personal care, medication, and daily living activities

• Support residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing

• Senior HCAs: supervise and mentor junior staff, contribute to care planning

• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and colleagues

Requirements:

• Previous care experience required; senior experience preferred for Senior HCA

• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent care
