HGV Class 1 Tramper

Job Description:

Our client working across the UK is looking to recruit a number of HGV Class 1 tramper drivers on their bulk tipper fleet. We have a number of vacancies at various sites including Rugby, Bristol, Birmingham, Newbury, Derby, Leeds to name a few. 

These vacancies are temporary to permanent. 

Monday to Friday

• Delivery of aggregates and grain on bulkers
• National deliveries
• Daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
• Experience of tippers essential
• Completion of delivery paperwork and relevant documentation
• Delivery and collection of product
• Driving within the legal requirements of driving and working time laws
• Good communication skills with transport office contacts

Payment/salary

• £150 per day base
• plus £3.75 per tip or load bonus (eg. if you tip then reload it's 2 x £3.75)
• plus 5p per mile bonus paid
• £25.00 per night out
