• Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Providing targeted interventions to support attainment and progress

What we're looking for:

• A qualified HLTA with relevant experience in a UK school

• Strong classroom management and the confidence to lead lessons

• A flexible, proactive, and resilient approach to working in education

• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing
