Job Title: Hire Desk Controller
Location: Hinckley 
Salary: Up to £28,000 - £32,000 + Bonus Scheme
Working Hours: Monday – Friday

About this Hire Desk Controller Role:
As a Hire Desk Controller, you will play a key role in managing incoming customer enquiries, coordinating hires and logistics, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, engineers, and the depot team.
 
Hire Desk Controller Key Responsibilities:

• Handling hire enquiries via phone and email
• Creating and managing hire contracts and off-hires
• Liaising with the transport and engineering teams to arrange deliveries, collections, and servicing
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• General admin and system updates

 
What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Hire Desk, Coordinator, or customer service role (Plant or Powered Access industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail
