Full-time / Part-time (Flexible)
£100 – £120 per day (dependent on experience)

We are currently recruiting for experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to work in a range of primary and secondary schools across Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and motivated HLTA looking for flexible work or a long-term placement in supportive school environments.

As an HLTA, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across classes in the absence of the teacher

• Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups

• Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and assessment

• Support pupils with varying abilities, including SEND

• Help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment

• Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

• Previous experience working within UK schools

• Strong classroom management skills

• A good understanding of the national curriculum

• A flexible, proactive, and professional approach

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
