£26,000 - £31,200 (OTE £40,560) + Enhanced Overtime + Mon-Fri Role + Company Benefits

Are you a horticultural mechanic or agricultural engineer with hands-on experience maintaining and repairing grounds care machinery, looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with plenty of overtime available to significantly boost your earnings?

Our client is a well-established business specialising in the maintenance and repair of professional horticultural and grounds maintenance equipment. With a strong reputation for excellent service and technical expertise, they support a wide range of commercial and local authority customers.

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for servicing and repairing a wide variety of machinery including strimmer's, chainsaws, ride-on and push mowers, leaf blowers and more.

The Role:
* Service and repair professional horticultural machinery (2-stroke and 4-stroke engines)
* Work on strimmer's, chainsaws, mowers, blowers, hedge cutters, and other powered equipment
* Conduct routine servicing, fault diagnosis, and mechanical/electrical repairs
* Maintain workshop standards and ensure all equipment is safe and functional
* Assist with customer equipment drop-offs/collections and provide technical advice when needed

The Person:
* Proven experience in horticultural or agricultural machinery maintenance
* Strong mechanical knowledge of small engines and grounds care equipment
* Full UK driving licence
