Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A good working knowledge of HR at Administrative/Coordinator level
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Familiarity with basic HR policies and procedures
• Attention to detail and error checking skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards
• Previous experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in HR administration or office support roles is advantageous
• Relevant certifications such as CIPD min level 3 

Other Requirements:

• Ability to commit to the duration of the temporary assignment
• May require some flexibility to accommodate urgent HR needs
