
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join Nottingham City Council on an initial 6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain the Oracle Fusion HR system, including HR, establishment, and position data
Carry out routine and ad-hoc data quality checks, identifying and correcting discrepancies
Support the monitoring and management of shared HR inboxes and query systems
Assist with the production of HR reports, dashboards, and routine data outputs
Provide project and administrative support across the HR Management Team and wider HR & EDI service
Ensure all data is handled securely and in line with GDPR and data governance requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience using Oracle Fusion HR, including updating and maintaining HR data
Strong Excel skills, with confidence working with formulas and large datasets
Good general IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
