Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Leicester (with regular UK travel)

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and driven HR Business Partner to join our team in Leicester, supporting multiple UK sites through regular travel. This is a high-impact role with a strong focus on Employee Relations, partnering closely with senior leaders to drive business performance through effective people strategies.
As a trusted HR advisor, you'll play a central role in leading and resolving complex ER cases, building leadership capability, and supporting change management initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice and hands-on support in managing complex Employee Relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, absence, and performance concerns
Coach and support managers to build ER competence and ensure fair, consistent people management practices
Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
Lead on organisational change initiatives such as restructures, TUPE, and redundancies
Drive employee engagement, well-being, and retention initiatives
Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (e.g. Talent, Reward, Learning & Development) to deliver strategic projects
Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to inform decisions and continuous improvement
About You:
CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience
Strong track record in an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role
Extensive Employee Relations experience, including complex case management and supporting managers through change
Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies
Confident communicator and influencer, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
Flexible and able to travel regularly to UK sites (full UK driving licence essential)
