Job Title: HR / Human Resources Trainer Assessor

Location: Remote - Must be flexible with travel if required
 
Salary: £45,300 - £47,600

Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract (10 months)
 
Essential Criteria:

• Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
• Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (AET/PTLLS).  
• Hold solid occupational experience within HR at Management level.
• Ability to deliver engaging and inspiring training sessions on an online basis.
• Must hold a recognised HR qualification at Level 5 or above (CIPD or equivalent)
• Must hold a recognised qualification in Coaching or Mentoring at Level 3 or above (CMI, ILM or equivalent).
• Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.

Duties:

• Train, assess and deliver the HR  Apprenticeship Standards at Level 3 and 5. 
• Deliver training sessions to groups / and 1-1 with HR professionals, leading informal / professional discussions and exploration of latest HR procedures/policies/trends, share experiences and best practice.
• Record professional discussions on specific units / topics based on knowledge, independent research and reflective accounts.
• Embed Functional Skills - Maths and English to level 2.
• Manage a caseload of learners and observe learners remotely or in their place of work, to gather quality evidence towards their Apprenticeship/QCF qualifications.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Work to learner review and completion timescales.
