We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to join a growing and evolving organisation in Leicester. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to shape and develop HR processes, systems and training across the business.
You will work closely with the leadership team, supporting with both recruitment and HR functions while helping to introduce stronger processes, policies and systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and organising staff training programme
Improving HR processes and systems
Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures
Managing recruitment and onboarding
Acting as a key HR contact for employees and the senior leadership team across the business
We are seeking a hands-on HR generalist who enjoys building relationships and improving how things work.
You will ideally have:
Experience in a generalist HR Manager or HR Business Partner role
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience implementing or improving HR processes and systems
The ability to work confidently with a range of personalities and teams
A proactive mindset with new ideas and a fresh perspective
The business can offer flexible working options including reduced hours across 5 days or a 4-day week
