HR Manager role for a multi site SME

Client Details

Our client is an SME Aerospace Manufacturing organisation with sites across the UK.

Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including workforce planning and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Provide guidance on performance management and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Identify and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Monitor and manage HR budgets and related reporting activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to support organisational change and development.
• Manage 2 HR Administrators
• Report directly to the CFO

Profile

The successful candidate should have:

• Proven experience in human resources within an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A relevant degree or professional HR qualification.
• Commutable to Hinckley 5 days per week

Job Offer

• Competitive salary c . £65,000 +

There is flexibility on hours and they would consider part time working, but this role is fully site based.
